Adopting a round bar / conical round roller structure, it has a small contact area and low friction. It can convey light, soft, and easily scratchable materials (such as bottles and cans, flexible packages, cartons, electronic components) without scratches or deformation.
The conical rollers automatically compensate for the speed difference between the inner and outer lines, ensuring no slipping, jamming, or deviation during turning, with high conveying precision.
Low noise, environmentally friendly
Driven by round bars and precision bearings, the operating noise is ≤65dB, which is much lower than that of chain plate / belt curved conveyors. It is suitable for scenarios with high noise reduction requirements such as electronics, pharmaceutical, and office areas.
